Over the last 27 years, she has served various markets across the nation that included healthcare, educational, transportation, as well as city and state government. In recent years our biggest market was faith-based organizations. However, we do not limit the types of nonprofits we serve and have successfully delivered one result—success—serving small or start-up organizations to the larger more established organizations.
We began each project by assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of client’s current operations and systems which can be a daunting task for nonprofit managers who may already be experiencing a new crisis each day. We then take a team approach, when needed, customizing a unique consulting plan to meet those identified needs. We can be hired on one-time projects or put on retainer over a set period of time to meet the agency’s overall goal.
